I hope you had a great summer and are ready to improve your fitness and well-being! This is my 19th year teaching in the Montgomery School District. I am excited to begin teaching the 2025-2026 school year. My classes this year include: Unified PE, Senior Health, and Junior Health. I am also on freshman/sophomore PE blocks throughout the year. Come ready to learn and move each day to ensure a healthy lifestyle for a lifetime!
