Dear 3rd Graders,
Congratulations on becoming a Bluebird! I hope you are enjoying your summer and are ready for a fun and exciting school year. I have been busy planning for September, and I look forward to meeting you on your first day of school!
We will be going on many journeys this year to become radical readers, wondrous writers, magnificent mathematicians, super scientists, inquisitive historians and technological experts! We are going to have so much fun learning about multiplication, paragraph writing, grammar, how to share our reading thoughts in book clubs, weather patterns, geography, and so much more!
We do have a snack time each day. Please bring a healthy, nut-free snack and a labeled water bottle to enjoy in the classroom.
On the first day of school, please bring with you the supplies found on the Village School website as well as the Caprio class supply list below.
Please also bring with you an independent reading book, and be ready to share one special thing you did this summer.
See you in September!
Ms. Caprio
