The Big 3 Workshop: Powerlifting 101
The Big 3 Workshop is for new and intermediate lifters. Through this workshop, we aim to break down barriers and misconceptions of lifting while building a community of like-minded lifters. You will learn how to safely approach and execute proper lifting technique for the 3 Core Lifts (bench, squat, and deadlift) and how these 3 lifts are the foundation of all strength workouts.
Get playing with MRU Intramurals! Choose from a selection of sports, including basketball, dodgeball, pickleball, futsal or volleyball (offering may change by semester).
