Events are open to students, staff, and faculty who are questioning their relationship with substances and/or behaviours, identify as being in recovery, or seeking recovery, as well as anyone who is interested in learning more! We are all community members, so we can all make a difference in challenging stigma, and making MRU a more welcoming place.

Cookies and Conversations is a safe space to talk about substance use and addiction, behavioural addictions, and recovery.
This is open to individuals who:
Are looking to discuss wellness around their relationship with substances or problematic behaviours.
Are looking to discuss addiction and recovery.
Have been affected by a friend or family members substance use or addiction.
Are looking to support a friend or family dealing with problematic substance use/behaviours.
Are allies to the recovery community.

Movie Night
