About Me

I love spending time with friends & family...

Spending time with friends and family play a large role in my everyday life. Ensuring I am close with my biggest support systems as well as making new memories with the people I love, make my days happier and more fun!

Music is my passion...

Since I was young I have always had a strong passion for music. After starting my passion through beginning piano & voice Royal Conservatory training, I attended an arts school for junior high. I was then apart of an auditioned choir program throughout high school where we travelled to England, Banff, and Whistler to sing and compete. I am currently in the process of recording originals with a music producer to keep my music passion alive! I hope to have my musical path follow me into my teaching career.

Travelling brings me joy......

Travelling is something I love to do! Mexico, Cuba, Hawaii, New York and Japan are all favourites that I love to explore and hope to return too. Trying new things, sight seeing, and indulging in multiple cultures has given me the chance to broaden my views and perspectives.

I enjoy the great outdoors...

Getting outside into the mountains brings me joy and happiness! I love to climb our beautiful mountains and do my best to complete a hike every week during the summer! The mountains offer a place to escape the noise of the city and be in touch with mother nature.

 What I hope to gain...

Throughout my education career I hope to gain an abundance of knowledge and meaningful experiences that give me the toolbox needed to create student success, continuing my lifelong passion for learning. Educating and inspiring children has always been a passion of mine, encouraging me to take in as much as I can from my university journey, teaching experiences, and the knowledge that I have gained from fellow colleagues, mentors and students.
