Our goal is to help the community by recycling and getting others to help. If people do not recycle, landfills will overflow and become toxic and smell terrible. Also, by not recycling things such as cardboard, paper, and plastic, the chemicals in them will be broken down and it is harmful to the soil, which will then harm our air.
This is what landfills looks like when people throw away recyclable items in the trash. It becomes very overfilled and can pollute the environment. there are many different ways you can recycle instead of throwing recyclables into the trash.
Landfills could be much smaller and cleaner if people were to recycle.
