  • Under the Every Student Succeeds Act and the Pennsylvania School Code, Mt. Lebanon School District is responsible for enforcing the compulsory school attendance law

Taking a trip?

Pre-Approved Absence Form

Students are permitted up to take up to five days of pre-approved absence during the school year for trips with educational value. If taking a trip, we ask that you complete a pre-approved absence form and submit it to the attendance office five days prior to your child's absence. During remote instruction, please complete this Google pre-approved form in lieu of the paper form available on the website.
