TODO for this week

1. fix Latex Reflection and Simulation from previous meeting

2. add detailed calculation part for triangle reflection

3. for original single reflection, add plotting=on/off as parameter

4. use time stamp to check rootSolve's ability. how slow compare to original one

5. change radius of circle to curvature k=1/r

6. do x^4 curve with rootSolve

7. run from circle radius 3 to 4, increment=0.05, 1million simulation each

To Discuss

• when upper and circle radius both are 1 or 2, upper>=circle is FALSE
• but when both are 3 or 4, works correctly
• Cannot write to excel, rJava cannot find....currently export data to txt file

Discussed during Meeting

• The bug is probably a bug
• Curve fitting for simulation data, good curve for 0.5 to 4 with 10K simulation each, but not so well for 3 to 4 with 100k. Not showing clear decreasing tendency
• Fix x^4, still not working properly.
• Multiroot function sometimes does not reach stationary stage, but not giving enough warning. Hold for now
