Another successful LEAP Symposium, held on Friday, October 24, from 12 pm to 5 pm in Kendade Atrium. This event offered students a unique platform to showcase the work they pursued over the summer. Over 230 students in more than 50 interdisciplinary panelsn presented. Tehe symposium highlighted the breadth and depth of summer learning experiences across campus.

Director/producer blair dorosh-walther presented her award-winning documentary - through the lives of four young Black women (the New Jersey Four), Out in the Night reveals how race, gender identity and sexuality can become criminalized in the mainstream news media and criminal system. Patreese Johnson, one of the New Jersey Four, co-presented the film.
Museums, Archives and Public History Nexus students were given a tour of the MHC Archives and talked with staff about furture careers.
