Please read the Instructions for Student Employees! There are some tasks to complete as soon as possible.
If this is your first job on campus, you will need to complete the required paperwork, found at this link. These forms need to be submitted in-person, not via email, in-person to Payroll (Domestic Students) or Jenny Medina (International Students). Contact hr-payroll-l@mtholyoke.edu if you have any questions.
Once you have been hired in JobX, you will receive an email asking you to accept the position to complete the hiring process. Please accept the position right away: you will not be able to access your time card in my.mtholyoke until this step is completed!
Submitting Hours
All students submit their hours worked online through timecard entry. You must submit your time by 2pm the day that your timecard is due.
Have you accepted your position on jobx yet? Please check that first. Is this the start of the semester? Please allow HR enough time to add your timecard to the system. If it is not visible on the day that your timecard is due, please email the Department Coordinator AND human resources. hr-payroll@mtholyoke.edu
Download a copy of the Student Manual Time Sheet (linked at the top of this page). Please remember to fill out every piece of information on the form, including the dates, your MHC ID number, and the position number!
