Part 7 of Circuit Playground Lab
Turning on and off in response to light! xD
The planning activities I engaged in were the lab instructions as well as basing the tasks off of my prior CS knowledge-- thinking about the concrete steps I needed to take achieve each different task. The Circuit Playground Resources definitely helped a lot with familiarizing myself with how the unit worked, and the general code knowledge I had helped with navigating Arduino, which I have not used before.
I evaluated if my plans were working by looking at the results. If something was not working out, I would reevaluate the codes or get a second perspective from my peers.
I did not really have to revise my plan, but I can see that I would have had face more challenges if this was my first times interacting with coding.
For future projects, I would like to again spend more time planning, which tends to be my weakest spot. This is not to say that I should plan out every detail, but just generally thinking through each key steps before I start. It could save me from a lot of turmoil and time.
