Learn about one of Mount Holyoke’s approved study abroad programs, Kyoto Consortium for Japanese Studies (KCJS). At KCJS, students can spend a semester or academic year developing Japanese language skills in Kyoto. The program offers intensive Japanese language courses plus disciplinary courses taught in English, interaction with Japanese locals through a Community Involvement Project and Doshisha University campus life, and the opportunity to study alongside a diverse group of undergraduates from top U.S. institutions.
