USAID’s Medicines, Technologies, and Pharmaceutical Services (MTaPS) Program is providing technical assistance to the Department of Health (DOH) to strengthen the procurement and supply chain management (PSCM) and pharmacovigilance (PV) in the Philippines with respect to the changing context of the devolution of DOH functions and the Universal Health Care (UHC) Act implementation. As part of its continued collaboration with the DOH in strengthening the capacity of the health workforce, MTaPS Program is developing several eLearning courses on supply chain and pharmacovigilance intended to be uploaded and be made available in the DOH eLearning Academy for the professional development of the health workforce to learn at their own time and pace.
In line with making these courses available in the DOH eLearning Academy, a webinar series will also be provided to give learners the opportunity to learn and train with procurement and supply chain experts and receive answers to their questions in real time. These courses are targeted to professionals who shape, manage or operate the public health supply chain and pharmacovigilance systems. Below are the line up of courses, their descriptions, and webinar schedules.
