What about a refund?- We are not able to offer refunds for this conference.
Will transportation be provided?- You must provide your own transportation.
Will there be a shuttle available?- We are not offering transportation from your hotel to the campus.
Why is everyone paying one price?- Why are alumni the same price as non-alumni?- We want to make our conference as affordable as possible.

What if we do not offer your shirt size?- We have a wide variety of sizes, from small to XXL. If you need a size other than these, please email us at InterpretingConference@mtaloy.edu, and we will work with you and our shirt vendor.
Can I still get CEUs if I don’t attend every day? Yes, each workshop qualifies for CEUs individually. However, you do have to stay for the full workshop to receive CEU credit.
Do you offer group discounts?- We do not offer group discounts.
Can I request something (vegan/gluten-free/Vegetarian/etc)?- We do have vegan and vegetarian options. We can offer allergy-friendly/gluten-free options upon request! Please email us before March 4th about your allergy, and we will work to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
When is the registration deadline?- March 4th
Can I sign up after the registration deadline?- We are not able to accept registration after March 4th.
Why does registration end so early? We need an exact number of participants for the conference.
Can I register for only one day? What about just for the keynote?- Our registration is one price for all. You can come and go as you please, but it will still be the one set price.
Can I still apply to be a vendor?- Yes! Until February 4th, 2025
Can I apply to be a presenter?- Registration for presenting is now closed. If you would like to be added to future conference schedules as a presenter, please email us at InterpretingConference@mtaloy.edu.
What is included in the conference price?- Entertainment, food, merch, and workshops.
What if I do not want food or a T-shirt? Can I have a discount?- We are not offering discounts on our registration fee for unwanted items.
I'm a student/Deaf. Do I get an Early bird discount?- We offer a discounted price for students/deaf/HoH/DeafBlind.
Can I zoom into the conference? If so, do I get a discount?- We are not offering virtual attendance or presentations.
Where do we park on campus?- A packet will be emailed out before the conference date. Inside this packet, you will find more detailed food information, maps, workshop information, a schedule of events, and more. We will also have signs on campus to help direct you.
Are all the buildings where the conference is being held wheelchair accessible?- Yes, our campus is wheelchair friendly. If you need other accessible accommodations, email us at InterpretingConference@mtaloy.edu, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Will there be DeafBlind interpreters there?- If you need this accommodation, email us at InterpretingConference@mtaloy.edu, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What topics are being covered?- You can keep checking our website to see the list of presenters and their topics. We will update the website weekly as we receive confirmation from each presenter.
What if I don’t want to attend any presentations in this time slot?- Will there be something else I can do while on campus? With as many workshops as we will be running, we are sure you will find one that interests you during each time slot.
How many sessions will occur simultaneously?- We are planning to have four tracks!
Do I have to follow one track, or can I attend whatever presentations I want?- You do not have to follow one track. You can go to any presentation you would like. However, you do have to stay for the full workshop to receive CEU credit.
Is there a fee for vendor tables?- If you are a vendor and would like to set up a vendor table, we are not charging you a fee. However, you must register for the conference if you plan to attend any workshops.
What time will the conference close on Sunday?- Our scheduled close is 1:30 pm on Sunday.
Who should attend the conference?- Interpreters, Interpreting Students, Mentors, and the Deaf community.
I cannot attend this conference but would like to attend your next conference. Do you have the dates, presenters, etc?- At this time, we do not have dates secured with our campus. As soon as they become available, we will update our website and send out a “Save the Date.” Please email us at Interpretingconference@mtaloy.edu to be added to our mailing list for future events.
