ICPSEA 2025’s main conference

  2. Full Registration, Regular 2,000 Baht (THB) / Student 1,500 Baht (THB) (Close: 30th September 2025, UTC/GMT +7)
  3. Late Registration, Regular 3,000 Baht (THB) / Student 2,000 Baht (THB) (until conference day)
  *The registration fee rates include ice-breaker, lunch & welcome dinner, programmed and abstract volume, and the access to conference functions. The fees DO NOT include the cost of the hotel stay.

Pre-conference field excursion

• Date : 22nd – 24th November 2025

• Attraction : Khon Kaen Geopark, Phetchabun Geopark and Chaiyaphum Geopark

• Fee* : 6,000 Baht (THB)
  *Field excursion fee includes museum and national park entrance fees, transportation during the field trip, accommodation, meals and dinners, and guidebook. 

Special conference plus post-conference excursion : "Palaeontology for sustainable development (Geopark, geotourism and education)”

• Date : 27th – 29th November 2025 

• Venue : Satun UNESCO Global Geopark

• Fee* : 6,500 Baht (THB)
  *The registration fee includes pick-up service from and to Hat Yai Airport (HDY), joining technical session, accommodation, meals and dinners, transportation during field excursion and programme document. Participant who would like to stay alone will pay extra. The fee DOES NOT include the flight ticket. The fee DOES NOT include the flight ticket.  Note that the fee dose not include the night  of the 26th November.

1. The registration and field excursion fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued if the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or due to visa application rejection or any other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the ICPSEA 2025.
