Print this mood-meter to utilize at home! This is a great tool that assists students K-3 in developing emotional vocabulary and improve their ability to share how they are feeling using "I-FEEL," statements.

I enjoy utilizing mindfulness practice as an in "the moment" coping tool to refocus students attention to how they are feeling.
