General Public Instructions

The public entrance will be closing at Noon and everyone must be in their seats by this time. The memorial service for Warden Pilot Joshua Tibbetts will begin promptly at 1pm on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor, Maine.  Members of the public will be welcome and will enter through the Renewal by Andersen entrance at the top of Bass Park Blvd.  Parking will be available in the back parking lots near Bass Park, and at the parking garage of Hollywood Casino.
