Next Steps
After Sixth Form
Whatever career path your child wishes to take we endeavour to work closely with parents/carers to support their children to make informed career choices. Parents and carers are encouraged to attend careers events and various parents information evenings are available throughout the academic year to help parents support students in planning their next steps. These include Next Steps Evening, HE application guidance evening, Apprenticeship Application Support Evening and the Student Finance Evening.
Our independent Careers advisor Ros Windsor is available to students throughout the year and they are able to make appointments via this website's Super Curricular & Careers page, or alternatively they can speak to their tutor.
The Sixth Form Tutor Team have specialist knowledge of the University applications process and are able to support students through their application for University or alternatively with Apprenticeship applications.
To seek advice and ask any questions you might have regarding careers pathways. Parents are encouraged to contact Mrs Baker-Starling, Ms Oxley-Hughes, Mrs Cooper, Mrs Sage or Mrs Ward if they wish for further guidance on HE applications.
