During the AGIS 2023 and 2024 Young Leaders conferences, interest amongst schools started growing to create a conference for middle and high school students. On 14-15 March 2025, Metropolitan School Frankfurt hosted the first Aspiring Leaders Conference for Grade 6-8 students.
