Accessing Canvas as a Parent/Guardian
Parents have the ability to "observe" their student(s) work in Canvas. Parents can have acces to view assignments, due dates, course events, and grades in the Canvas Parent app. You can also be notified of updates from the teacher as they are posted.
For information on how to set up the Canvas Parent app, please see our Canvas Parent Guide (available in Arabic and Spanish).

Find the email from your school and click to get started OR:
Go to parentsquare.com/signin (or install the app) and follow the prompts to sign up.
Use Google, your email, or your phone number to set up your account. Your email/phone number must match contact details in the school's database for this to work!
If your contact details aren't recognized, contact your school's front desk staff. After they update your information in their database, the new contact details will appear in ParentSquare within 24 hours.

Here Comes The Bus is an easy-to-use website and app* that enables you to see the location of your child’s school bus on a smartphone, tablet, or personal computer.
You know when the bus is near your stop, so you can send your child out at just the right time. If your district has the Student Ridership service as well, you can use the Here Comes The Bus to see when your child has scanned on and off the bus.

Download the Here Comes The Bus app or visit www.herecomesthebus.com
Click the Sign Up button
Enter 88550 for the SCHOOL CODE
Click NEXT followed by CONFIRM
Complete the “User Profile” box
Under “My Students,” click Add.
Enter your child’s last name and student ID number
Once you confirm your information, you’re ready to begin using Here Comes the Bus!

Go to https://link.doe.in.gov
Choose your preferred method for signing in
Log in
Log out and wait 15 minutes for the website to update
Log in again
You should see the EDPlan tile on the dashboard
