Day 3: Lawyers write Opening Statement and Questions for witnesses
- Witnesses go back through evidence and highlight anything related to their character
- Character depositions due by end of class
Day 4: Final Preparation
- Lawyers write cross-examination questions
- Witnesses practice their answers to questions and read over the documents to really learn their characters.
