Hello! My name is Michaela Wittlich and I am the school psychologist serving Scott Elementary School. I am a graduate of SIUE and joined the Mascoutah School District team in 2025. 

A few of my roles within the district include conducting evaluations, assisting with academic and behavioral intervention planning, reviewing data, and consulting with a wide range of individuals to meet the needs of students. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, drinking delicious coffee, going for walks outside, and caring for my houseplants.

Hi there! My name is Karlei Niepoetter, and I am the school psychologist at Wingate Elementary School. I work with Early Childhood-5th grade! I graduated from SIUE with my specialist degree in School Psychology in 2026, and began working in Mascoutah School District the same year. I enjoy working with students and their families/teachers to ensure we are providing the very best support to help them succeed both in academics and social/emotional areas. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and cats, reading a good book, or cooking a new recipe.
