WES School Psychologist

Hello!  My name is Stacy Diekmann.  I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and have been practicing for 24 years.  This is my third year with Mascoutah School District 19.  I graduated from SIUE with my Specialists Degree in School Psychology. I live in Waterloo Illinois with my two children.   We also have two dogs Mooney and Moglie. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time my dogs, sporting events, reading, and listening to music.  I also love to watch movies, play card games, and relax with friends and family on the weekends.

Hello! My name is Michaela Wittlich and I am the school psychologist serving Scott Elementary School. I am a graduate of SIUE and joined the Mascoutah School District team in 2025. 

A few of my roles within the district include conducting evaluations, assisting with academic and behavioral intervention planning, reviewing data, and consulting with a wide range of individuals to meet the needs of students. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, drinking delicious coffee, going for walks outside, and caring for my houseplants.
