Audio/Video Production 2 

Are you passionate about creating short stories, highlight reels, or news segments? Do you want to produce, edit, and star in your original content? Think you’ve got what it takes to be a news anchor, sportscaster, or talk show host? This course offers you the chance to explore those roles, and more.

Building on the technical and performance skills developed in Audio/Video Production 1, this advanced course deepens your understanding of media production through hands-on experience. You'll create original programming for a real audience, the Mascoutah community, via television and/or podcasting formats.

You’ll also analyze television and online communication platforms by producing and directing content such as a daily news show, advertisements, or live-streamed sporting events.

Please note: This is a performance-based course and will require time and participation outside of the regular school day.
