Welcome to kindergarten at Mascoutah Elementary! I began my teaching career in Colorado in 2013. I have since taught in Texas and Germany, and now here in Illinois! I have a bachelors degree in Human Development & Family Studies from Colorado State University, and masters degrees in each Elementary Education (University of Northern Colorado), and Curriculum & Instruction Literacy Studies (University of Texas at Arlington). I also hold a Reading Specialist Certification.
I am a mother, a military spouse, a military BRAT, a sister, an aunt, and a friend, in addition to being a teacher.
Benson is our rescue Brittany Spaniel. He has a pink nose, enjoys snuggles, and chasing rabbits that are brave enough to come into our yard!
Off on another trip! Landon (Mr. Eng), Cameron, and I heading to Texas to visit family!
My son Cameron is the light of our life! He is goofy and curious, and I love watching him grow!
We spend a lot of time outdoors, especially at the orchard and the zoo!
As a family, we love to travel! This was in Iceland, one of my favorite places!
Elephants are my favorite animal, and last summer we got to meet one!
