Nicole Perkins 

Hello. My name is Nicole Perkins and I teach intermediate mindfulness at MES. I am the spouse of a retired military member. We were previously stationed at Scott A.F.B so both of my girls graduated from MHS. After retirement we moved to Buffalo, IL. With a change in my husbands career we moved back to the area and now live in Troy. I enjoying running, reading, and am excited about teaching your student.
