Bridging Emotional Support and Academic Success
Bridging Emotional Support and Academic Success
Hello! My name is Renee Colquitt and I am a certified school psychologist with a specialist degree from Governors State University. I joined Mascoutah school district in 2019 and have served K-12th grade students and families during that time. I have over a decade of experience working with adolescents in diverse educational settings. I am dedicated to helping students navigate the high school years with confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self.
At Mascoutah high school, I support students through a range of services including psychological evaluations, mental health counseling, academic and behavior interventions, and collaboration with families, students and staff. Also, I am involved in school-wide initiatives promoting mental health wellness, equity, and a positive school culture. My work focuses on helping teens manage stress, build healthy relationships, and develop the tools they need for success in high school and beyond.
