Behavior Plan

In the art room, we focus on creating a safe, respectful, and positive environment where everyone can learn and create by using:

Students are recognized and celebrated for positive choices, effort, kindness, responsibility, and creativity.

✨ Redirection ✨
When a student is struggling with a behavior or expectation, I will provide a gentle reminder or redirection to help them get back on track.

🤍 Restorative Reflection🤍
If a behavior continues, students will have an opportunity to pause, reflect on their choices, and make a plan for a better choice moving forward.

The goal is not perfection~ it is helping students learn, grow, and become responsible members of our art community!
