I am a proud graduate of Mascoutah High School, Class of 2001. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2007, followed by a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from Lindenwood University in 2015. Most recently, I completed a second Master’s degree in Educational Administration with Principal Preparation from SIUE.
Mascoutah has always been home, and I enjoy being part of this community. In my free time, I love cheering on my nephews at their sporting events, spending time with my family, and relaxing with my two dogs. I’ve recently gotten into football —go Chiefs— and over the years developed a love for coffee. That passion extends to my work, where I supervise students running Tribal Perk, our school’s coffee bar.
I am dedicated to supporting students with disabilities, building inclusive school communities, and mentoring students in life skills. My ultimate goal is to guide students toward becoming confident, capable, and productive members of society.
