Water Bottles and Snacks
I encourage the students to bring water bottles to school every day. I allow them to keep them in their lockers to use during breaks. Please make sure bottles are labeled and have the ability to close completely (no cups with straws, please).
Additionally, we have a late lunch schedule this year, so we will be able to have a midmorning snack. PLEASE, try to send in nutritional snacks and avoid snacks with nuts as we do have allergies in the grade level this year.

School Supplies
Please refer to the Main MES website for the school supply list for this year. Also, please ask your child throughout the year if they have the supplies they need. I have extra supplies in my room, but I will not be able to supply everyone. Thank you for your cooperation on this!
Birthday Treats
Students may bring in birthday treats to share, but they will not be eaten during the day. However, this does not mean that student birthdays will not be recognized! Each child will receive a small gift from their teachers!
