Biography:

I am excited for another year here at Mascoutah High school! This is now 21 years of being an educator. I have taught in Dallas, TX.; Fairfield, CA.; and now Mascoutah, IL. I appreciate my years of experience at the middle school, high school, and college level. Originally from Southern California where I attended California State University of Fullerton, and then moved to Texas where I finished my BA at University of Texas at Arlington. As I started teaching I completed my MA at University of Texas at Dallas in 2003. Also, here at Mascoutah I co-advise Model UN, Committee Member of the "No Place For Hate" program, and advise the Young Democrats club.

What brings me joy besides teaching is my husband and three children. Obviously, I enjoy traveling, hiking, running, tennis, and reading.
