About Me:
Hello and welcome to Kindergarten! I am Mrs. Amber Gore and I am looking forward to being your teacher this year! This is my third year teaching Kindergarten at Wingate, but my 9th year teaching overall. I have previously taught 1st grade, Pre-K and Early Childhood Special Education.
I am a military spouse and have two amazing kiddos of my own. I am very excited that my son is starting Kindergarten this year as well! I have lived in seven different states and have traveled to many places around the world. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do, along with crafting, playing board games and spending time with my family and friends. I love all things cheetah print, Harry Potter and Disney!!

If you need to reach me by phone, you can call the school and ask for my classroom. My conference time is 2:40-3:25pm and that is the best time to reach me.
Class Dojo:
I will use the app Class Dojo to communicate photos, videos and important updates throughout the school year. This is another option of contacting me. This is optional for you to join. I will send home information with each student so that families can sign up.
