Gift and holiday meal help for families with children under 12 years old.
Must call to make an appointment.
Applications accepted Oct 4-Nov 30. Bring applications and other documents M, T, Th 9-3.
Distribution of toys and meals will be Dec. 14
Must bring ALL of the following to the appointment:
Photo ID for ALL adults in the household
Mainecare card OR birth certificate for each child
Proof of address (mail or pay stub with your street address printed on it)
Proof of income (tax return)
