Step 1: Make sure the Chromebook is connected to your wifi. Instructions
Step 2: Restart the Chromebook. The power button is on the side of the device. Power it down completely and then restart it.

Step 1: Turn on Wi-Fi
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Not Connected .
Note: If you see your Wi-Fi network name and a signal strength, your Chromebook is already connected to Wi-Fi.
Turn on Wi-Fi.
Your Chromebook will automatically look for available networks and show them to you in a list.
Step 2: Pick a network and connect

Turn on your Chromebook.
Connect your Chromebook to Wi-Fi.
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Settings .
At the bottom of the left panel, select About Chrome OS.
Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
Select Check for updates.
If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.
Turn off your Chromebook.
Press and hold Refresh + tap Power .
The power button for the Dell and CTL Chromebooks is on the left side, the power button for the Lenovo Chromebooks is on the right side. The lock key in the upper right only sleeps the laptop. It is not a power button.
When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh
At the top-right, click More More.
Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
At the top, select All time.
Next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.
Click Clear data.

Getting started instructions
If either the video or audio isn't working, look for a tiny red x on the far right in the address bar (url box). If you see it, click on it. A pop up box with appear asking for permissions. Mark "yes, always" then restart or rejoin the Meet.
