Signing Up... When you click on the link for your team or individual teacher, you will either arrive at calendar landing page or a appointment scheduler page.

Choose the day you wish to meet. Choose the time slot, add your child's name, and click BOOK. You should receive a calendar confirmation for your appointment along with emailed reminders 1 week and 1 day prior to the conference.
If the times are not available using the 1st link, check the second link before reaching out to your team leader.
If you do not have a gmail account, you can either create one OR sign up for the conference within your child's account.
Remember that the expectation is that these are FAMILY conferences with parents, students, and teachers!
If you are choosing a virtual meeting and need to add other people to the meet, please reach out to your team teacher with any additional emails to be added.
