Week 1: Provide Data for Planning: weekly assessments, unit exams, Benchmarks, I-ready, exit tickets, quizzes etc.
Utilize unit plans, scope and sequence, student data, Danielson Rubric, instructional absolutes etc., to design a lesson to be taught during the upcoming week. Teachers will visit and observe the lesson being taught and document their noticings, glows and grows to be shared at the second week's meeting.
Week 2: Team members share out their feedback for the lesson they observed and engage in a Lesson study to dissect lesson plan, identify glows and areas of improvement. Presenter provides student data from the lesson taught as the team identifies next steps for each learner (low, middle and high achievers).
Week 3: Data reflection following the implementation of agreed-upon instructional moves.
