明道30年學生圖像 Student Image of 30th Anniversary
明道30年，順應世界潮流，提出全人教育目標「人才‧人格‧人文」。
In the 30th anniversary, following the trend of the world, Mingdao put forward the goals of whole-person education - Be capable. Be educated. Devolop good traits.
明道40年學生圖像 Student Image of 40th Anniversary
明道40年校慶時訂定「品格教育、扎根固本、人文素養、社會關懷、文化創意、國際視野」以RTE(閱讀、思辨、表達)六大發展主軸，將多元、創新精神融入教學，引導學生「在明道發現自己」！
At the 40th anniversary, We emphasized the six development axes, character education, rooted in the foundation, humanistic quality, social care, cultural creativity, and international vision, and established RTE (reading, speculation, and expression) to integrate diversity and innovative spirit into teaching and guiding students to "Discover Themselves in Mingdao"!
明道50年確立明道學五大品牌與學生圖像
Establish Mingdao Brand and Student Image in the 50th Anniversary
明道50周年校慶，適逢12年國教新課綱啟動，團隊夥伴秉持著創校以來，以學生為中心的教育理念，凝聚共識，立教育百年大業之志，以「前瞻」、「The Next 50 Years」為中英文主題，同心為台灣教育塑造人才培育的典範。「前瞻」象徵明道人放眼未來的視野與格局。於2020年提出「明道學」。
The 50th anniversary celebration coincides with the launch of the 12-year national education curriculum. Mingdao team adheres to the student-centered educational philosophy since the founding of the school, build a consensus, and establish the ambition of a century-old education. "Next 50 Years" is themed in both Chinese and English, and we will work together to create a model of talent cultivation for Taiwan's education. "Perspective" symbolizes the future vision and pattern of Mingdao people. In 2020, "Mingdao Paradigm" was proposed.
《明道學》
明道秉持「學生中心、成果導向、持續改進」的理念，融合明道六大核心能力與12年國教18個核心素養，整合家長與校友資源，透過正式課程、活動課程及潛在課程，強化「全人、創新、國際」教育品牌，以構建「明道學」(Mingdao Sustainable Developement Platform)營造幸福學校，五十年校慶（2019）適逢108課綱啟動，於教育研究月刊（2020.11月號）發表《明道學的創見與成效》論文，分享明道在教育現場持續不斷的理念與作為。 https://reurl.cc/gGNMlQ
