Student Behavior: Students attending B.L.A.S.T. classes must follow their school’s rules for behavior outlined in the school handbook. Parents will be notified if their child is not meeting classroom expectations by the B.L.A.S.T administrator. Continued incidents will result in dismissal from all remaining BLAST sessions.

Minimum/Maximum Enrollment: A minimum number of students is required for each course and is noted in the course description. If the minimum enrollment is not met the class will be cancelled and a full refund will be given. A maximum number of students is set for each class to preserve quality education. We will do our best to serve as many students as possible without compromising quality.
Fees: A fee will be charged per class. Fees will be waived for those who qualify. Students qualifying for free/reduced lunch waivers are eligible for fee waivers for our B.L.A.S.T. program. However, we do not want to exclude any child, due to financial hardship, so we are offering a limited number of scholarships. If the student is eligible for a fee waiver, please indicate this on the registration form. All information will remain confidential.
Refund Request: Refund requests must be received before the first day of class and are on a case by case basis.
YMCA Students: Students enrolled in YMCA afterschool care may enroll in B.L.A.S.T. classes. YMCA students will proceed straight to their B.L.A.S.T. class after school. When B.L.A.S.T. classes are finished, children will then proceed to YMCA.
Class Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a class has to be cancelled on a day it is scheduled (i.e., instructor illness, inclement weather), students and parents will be notified as soon as possible. If school is canceled due to inclement weather, B.L.A.S.T. classes will not be held. If more than one class is missed, all attempts will be made to schedule a make-up class.
