Registration Notes

Foreigner Definition: Participants with nationality other than Nepal, Bhutan, and ASEAN Countries. Indian students/post-doc working abroad may be considered under corresponding category if not receiving financial support from their organization.

Accommodation: Not included in registration fee. Amount for accommodation may vary from ₹1,000 to ₹2,000 and will be decided later.

Student Discount: In foreigner category, a discount of 30% may be provided for participants under student category.

Note: Accommodation (Indian Student participants) may be waived off for the abstract submitted by February 14, 2026.
