Foreigner Definition: Participants with nationality other than Nepal, Bhutan, and ASEAN Countries. Indian students/post-doc working abroad may be considered under corresponding category if not receiving financial support from their organization.

Accommodation: Accommodation can not be provided for the participants registering under “Discounted registration

fee”. If requested, accommodation may be provided for the participants (only presenting authors) registered under

regular/onsite registration fee after payment of additional charges of ₹ 1,500.
