Our CST team philosophy aligns directly with that of the school district. We believe in a multidisciplinary team approach that extends both in and outside of the home and school settings. This includes effective, open, consistent communication and collaboration with all involved stakeholders (families, teachers, counselors, outside providers, students, etc.) We believe that inclusion and universal design for learning models are rooted in the ideology that all students have the ability and the right to learn and succeed. It is our goal to promote accessible, equitable, and inclusive learning environments where we can ensure every student receives the opportunity to reach their full potential. By providing these consistent supports, it is our goal for all students to thrive in their educational journey academically, behaviorally, and socially.Â
