Founded by Yoshimitsu Urabe in 1994 and registered as First Class Professional Building Engineering Office in Japan. The company has a lot of experience in structural design, civil engineering, architectural engineering work and construction management services for power generating plants, petroleum refining plants, chemical processing plants, cement plants, steel mills, etc., both local and international.

Yoshimitsu Urabe has more than 40 years of experience in the field of civil and structural engineering that gain him the reputation as a specialist in the design of steel boiler structure in Japan. He is also well known for his Value Engineering methodology that results to high quality structures without compromising economy. His principle of continues learning has imparted into the values of the organization pushing the MRS Engineering to be at the front of innovations in the engineering and construction field.

We have 7 full-time technical professionals in our engineering office in Yokohama, Japan that are educated in civil engineering. We also have several cooperative engineering offices in Philippines that are ready to participate in our projects. The engineers are proficient in the latest international and Japanese engineering design oftware such as MIDAS Gen/iGen/eGen, STAAD, ETABS, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD Software.
