STUDENTS RECEIVING PEER TUTORING:
Subjects that offer peer tutoring include Mathematics, Science, Technology, and Engineering, Social Studies, English, World Language, and Performing Arts. Additionally, specific classes within a given subject will be specified when signing up for peer tutoring.
Yes, if you feel that you would like to switch to another peer tutor, we will do our best to work with you to accommodate your request and find a better fit. Peer tutoring sessions are available within school hours either during M-Blocks (Monday through Friday) or after school from 2:15pm-2:50pm (Tuesdays and Thursdays). Peer tutoring sessions do not currently run outside of school hours.
Yes, you can change your availability at any time, but please note that changing your availability may require switching to a different peer tutor.
You may end your peer tutoring sessions at any time. To do so, please reach out to Mrs. Wildman at rwildman@masconomet.org or Emma Boldi, Sam Kaplan, and Neva Partal at eoboldi@mrsdmail.org, sbkaplan@mrsdmail.org, and npartal@mrsdmail.org.
If you are either absent or unable to make it to your scheduled peer tutoring session, please contact your peer tutor as soon as possible.
Peer tutoring sessions are completely flexible to the individual. If you find that you no longer need tutoring as frequently, infrequently, or no longer at all, please contact Mrs. Wildman at rwildman@masconomet.org or Emma Boldi, Sam Kaplan, and Neva Partal at eoboldi@mrsdmail.org, sbkaplan@mrsdmail.org, and npartal@mrsdmail.org. to either change the frequency of your peer tutoring sessions or to end them.
PEER TUTORS:
Community service hours for tutors will be logged by the student leaders and faculty advisor. At the end of each month, hours will be released individually by email and through Remind to respect the privacy of the peer tutors.

To request to change your availability as a peer tutor, please contact Mrs. Wildman at rwildman@masconomet.org or Emma Boldi, Sam Kaplan, and Neva Partal at eoboldi@mrsdmail.org, sbkaplan@mrsdmail.org, and npartal@mrsdmail.org.
Please limit to changing your availability to no more than three times per semester.

If you know you are going to be absent or unable to make it to your peer tutoring session, please notify Mrs. Wildman at rwildman@masconomet.org or Emma Boldi, Sam Kaplan, and Neva Partal at eoboldi@mrsdmail.org, sbkaplan@mrsdmail.org, and npartal@mrsdmail.org at least one week in advance to prevent miscommunication. Please also notify your tutee within this timeframe as well.
Additionally, please refrain from missing more than two peer tutoring sessions. If you are unable to maintain your availability, please contact Mrs. Wildman and Giuliana Nazzaro to change it.
