Tue 6/23 - progression run (get faster over time), weightroom at 4pm
Wed 6/24 - steady with strides
Thu 6/25 - hill bursts, weightroom at 4pm
Fri 6/26 - game day with running or steady with strides
Sat 6/27 - long run
