• Mon 7/22: MHS stadium, steady run and core work

• Tue 7/23: Mangers Home in Moorpark, tempo mix run

• Wed 7/24: MHS stadium, steady run and core work

• Thu 7/25: Paramount Ranch 5k at 5:15pm *not in the morning!

• Fri 7/26: MHS Stadium, game day with running

• Sat 7/27: full team long run at Simi Valley wash, 8am start
