Beginning this summer, Maplewood Richmond Heights School District will begin transitioning to IncidentIQ as our new technology support and asset management platform.
IncidentIQ will replace MasterLibrary Work Orders and become the district's official system for technology support requests.
IncidentIQ provides a more modern support experience by allowing staff to:
Submit technology support requests
Track the status of requests
Communicate directly with Technology Department staff through tickets
Access self-service help articles
View district-assigned technology assets
Receive updates and notifications as work progresses
The goal is to improve communication, increase visibility into support requests, and provide faster, more consistent service.
Soft rollout begins
Technology Department staff will begin working in IncidentIQ
Training materials and support resources will be shared
MasterLibrary Work Orders will be retired
Full staff implementation
When IncidentIQ becomes available to staff, all technology requests should be submitted through the platform.
Examples include:

Password assistance
Printing problems
Software requests
Classroom technology concerns

Submitting a ticket ensures your request is documented, assigned to the appropriate technician, and tracked through completion.
For the best service and tracking, all technology requests should be submitted through IncidentIQ.
