Many access issues happen because:
You are logged into a personal Gmail account.
You have multiple accounts open in your browser.
Confirm you are using your MRH Google account.
Step 2: Check Sharing Settings

Right-click the file.
Select Share.
Review who has access.
Confirm permission level:
Viewer
Commenter
Editor
Step 3: Review Link Settings

Under “General access”:
Avoid “Anyone with the link” unless necessary.
Make sure link settings match your intent.

Submit a ticket if:
