CodeJr: Design and Program Games and Stories

Learn how to code and create simple games and stories! We’ll be using ScratchJr, a way to code with instructions that snap together like puzzle blocks. We’ll create games, stories, races, animations and more-- the sky's the limit! All materials provided, but if students want to save projects, a tablet or chromebook would be needed. For students entering 1st through 3rd grade in the fall. Cost: $59.

BuildJr: Create and Build Electronic Gizmos and Gadgets

Learn how to create simple electrical circuits and machines! We’ll be using motors, buzzers, lights, switches, batteries and other electronics. Learn to make flying saucers, alarms, doorbells, space sounds, alarms and more! Each student will get a Snap Circuits Jr. kit to use and take with them when the class is finished! All materials provided. For students entering 1st through 3rd grade in the fall. Cost: $79.
