DroneZone: Learn to Fly and Perform Tricks with Mini-Drones

Become a drone pilot in DroneZone! Learn how to launch, fly, flip, perform tricks, move and control your very own mini-drone in this class! We will set up obstacle courses, race, and turn our drones into spy gear! We will play drone games and use our drones for search and rescue! This course comes with a mini-drone that your student takes with them after the course is finished. For students entering 2nd through 6th grade in the fall. Beginners welcome. Cost: $115.

GameHackerz: Code Retro Games on a Mini-Handheld

In GameHackerz, you’ll learn how to code, design, hack, and play retro-style arcade games on your own mini-handheld system. We’ll be using BrainPad Arcade systems to create games you can actually play in the palm of your hand. When the class is over, you get to keep your BrainPad Arcade system to keep coding and playing new games! For students entering 3rd through 6th grade in the fall. A chromebook or laptop is required for this class. Cost: $115.

Sticky Circuits: Create, Design and Code Light-Up Paper Circuits and More!

In this class, you will learn how to make creative electric circuits using tape, stickers, lights and paper! Create your own light-up artwork, cards, and designs with light effects! Then we’ll code our lights to flash, blink and dance using a blockcode editor similar to Code.org. Each student will get a paper circuits sketchbook and circuit kit to take home with them so they can make even more creative circuits and artwork when the class is over! A chromebook or laptop is required for the coding portion of this program. For students entering 2nd through 6th grade in the fall. Cost: $125.

Laser League: BattleGB

Join Laser League and take part in epic laser battles! We’ll be playing team matches, tournaments, Capture the Flag, and 1v1v1v1 Fortnite-style survival battles! New games every day! Each student will get their own laser tag gun to use and take with them when the class is finished! All materials provided. For students entering 2nd through 6th grade in the fall. Cost: $79, or $59 without the gun if you have your own from a previous class.
