All elections shall be supervised by the Activities Director.
Campaigns must follow established Election Guidelines, which may be revised yearly by the Election Committee and approved by the ASB Advisor.
Site Administrators reserve the right to suspend any candidates campaign if campaign rules are violated and/or student violates any code of conduct outlined in site student handbooks.
ASB Executive Officers will be chosen through a weighted three-factor election process combining student votes, leadership input, and staff evaluation.
ASB Officers selected using a three‑check system:
40% Student Body Vote
30% All Club Council Vote (paper ballots)
30% Interview Panel (ASB, Activities Director, Admin)
Class officer elections will be held in the spring semester and shall be determined by student body vote.
Vacant positions may be filled by appointment with advisor approval or through special election.
Graduating Seniors may not vote
No posting campaign material on personal or private social media accounts. Candidates may only use official ASB platforms or shared bulletin boards.
No bribery: Giving out food, candy, or gifts in exchange for votes is strictly prohibited.
Campaign posters must be school appropriate and approved before posting.
All campaign materials must be removed within 24 hours after voting ends.
Respect for opponents is mandatory — no negative or misleading statements.

Current ASB (if seeking a 2nd term or a member of the graduating class) is barred from Endorsing current candidates
Campaign materials provided by the school are not to exceed 10 printed flyers, 2 large pieces of butcher paper, makers and paint.
Current ASB will hold one open public Q&A will all candidates and AD present to help prepare current candidates for campaign interview and work as an ASB officer.
General Election Ballots will be cast via Google Form
ASB All Club Council Ballots will be cast via paper ballot and secured in a voting box by the voting member of the All Club Council.
Graduating Seniors are ineligible to Vote. Once polls close submitted votes will be analysed by the Activities director, Principal and Student Volunteers to ensure only eligible ballots are counted in final results.
Once voting ends, Activities Director and the Principal will secure all ballots to ensure no additional votes are added after the deadline.
The counting process will take place immediately after voting closes in the presence of Activities Director and the principal with at least two student volunteers who are not running in the election. This ensures fairness and transparency.
