It was a pleasure to see so many AMP faculty and students volunteering at this year's West End festival. It was a great success for AMP students who sold their artwork and had the opportunity to earn volunteer hours at the festival.

We are grateful to the 40 students who attended this year's first out-of-town AMP field trip to the San Jose museum of art and San Jose state university. The visit was a lot of fun being able to see priceless art and learn more about San Jose State University.

Digital Art Marathon & Monterey Museum of Art Workshop w/ Victor-Mario Zaballa
AMP students in the Digital arts pathway created art for the annual Digital Arts Calendar, and did a papel picado (tissue paper-cutting) workshop with visiting artist from Mexico Victor-Mario Zaballa at the Monterey Museum of Art (a Day of the Dead installation).
Well the rain didn't stop us Toreadors from making merry all day and night on Thursday, December 1. WinterFest 2022 was a huge success, students had the opportunity to sell their artwork, have a fun time hanging out with friends, and watch the amazing choir performance.
The field trip to the live adaptation of the movie Mean Girls was a huge success with students enjoying the show and having fun with their friends.
The field trip to UC santa cruz was an amazing experience for seniors and underclassmen. It was a great opportunity for everyone to see what the campus looked like and to see what it would be like to attend UC santa cruz.
