Seamus - Coach
I'm Seamus, the coach of the Montpelier High School Robotics team. Outside of robotics, I work as a satellite remote sensing researcher at Planet Labs on their Impact and Sustainability Team.
I enjoy applying my technical skills as well as my past experience leading student engineering clubs and conducting STEM outreach to the exciting work of Capitol Robotics
Tobias - Mentor
I am the parent of two of the team members and volunteer as a mentor. I have worked in software and computer engineering for my entire career. I have been working for MIT Open Learning for several years where I manage the team responsible for educational applications like MIT Open Courseware.
Working with the Capital Robotics team allows me to share my love of technology and problem solving with the next generation of talent.
Chen-Chen - Software Lead
I'm a senior at Montpelier High school and I'm currently taking classes at Norwich, as well as the programmer at robotics.
I've been programming since elementary school when I started FLL.
Outside of robotics, I like playing with my puppy and failing physics.
Chandler - Co-Build Lead
I'm a senior at Montpelier High School. I serve as one of the Co-leads of the mechanical team.
I chose robotics because I was incredibly interested in engineering and had been a part of the First Lego league as well.
Outside of this you can find me either water skiing or playing lacrosse.
Milo - Outreach Team
I'm a senior at Montpelier High School and this is my first year on the team and I am a part of the outreach team.
In my free time I like to oil paint and do digital art. I also have pets - 1 dog, 1 cat and 2 rats so I also take care of them.
Rayvon - Software Team
I'm a senior at Montpelier High School and this is my first year on the team and I am a part of the outreach team.

McKenna - Team Captain & Outreach Lead
I'm McKenna, a Junior at Montpelier High School and the Team Captain of Capital Robotics. This will be my 3rd year with FIRST robotics, and I am excited to continue the organizational, practical, and design aspects of team management.
When not in robotics, you’ll find me volunteering at local theatres in the audio tech department.
Mehak - Outreach Team
I'm Mehak, a junior at Montpelier High School and I play the position of outreach for the team.
I enjoy trying to learn new things in my free time. In addition, I enjoy cooking, writing, painting, and learning new languages.
I picked robotics because I'm particularly interested in learning how robots operate and how programs are written to make them do what they do.
Owen - Co-Build Lead
I’m Owen, I’m a junior and a co-lead builder of the Montpelier High School Robotics team.
Outside of Robotics I play ice hockey and lacrosse.
I’m looking forward to working with the new members of our team to develop mechanical components for this year’s robot.
Eli - Build Team
I am Eli, I am a freshman at Montpelier High School
and I hope to be part of the Outreach and Build team.
I love robotics and doing CAD design as well as fabric.
Outside of robotics, I like to play lacrosse and video games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
Haydn - Software Team
I'm Haydn Macey, a 9th in the Montpelier School District. This will be my second year doing robotics, but my first with Montpelier High School.
I enjoy participating in robotics because it gives me an opportunity to solve complex and open-ended problems in a collaborative setting.
Cyrus - Build team
I'm Cyrus, I am 11 years old, and this is my first year in Capital Robotics.
I like robotics because it provides me with the space to show my talent and help others. In my free time I like to do karate.
