It seems very simple but it something that has saved me so much time the past few years! Here it goes!
Create a google doc with all the links you use in your classroom every day! This is a time saver as you don't need to search for your docs/slides or links!! They're all in one place.
As you shift units or content area, just change your links! It just takes one click! See sample!

Seating Charts in PowerSchool/Google Doc: Create a layout of your classroom in the seating chart feature of PowerSchool. Save your layout, and it's quick and easy to move students around. THEN, using the screenshot tool and add the seating chart to a google doc. This has saved me a lot of time updating my seating charts, because I just switch out the image and do not need to upload a new document each time I update my seating chart.

Reusing posts in Google Classroom with your PLC: If you add a PLC member as a teacher on your Google Classroom, then you can share stream posts and assignments between teachers. That way your team only needs to make it assignment once, then reuse it in all of their other classes, rather than each teacher creating their own posts/assignments. Steph and I have also found it helps keep directions more consistent across clusters.

Google Keep is a pretty good tool to keep a daily class log. Labels can be created and applied to notes which makes it easy to find and sort them later. You could also create a label for each student and tag the notes with them, link parent emails, etc. A simple way to keep a dossier on each student and easily pull up all notes on a particular student.
